Our dishwasher needed a high-cost repair; we saw HH Gregg's ad for a low-priced dishwasher and decided to replace ours. The salesmen were very ''up-front'' about the advantages AND limitations of the economy model. The installers were on time, and did a good job. Good sales experience for a change!

TOM SCHABER WAS OUR SALESMAN AT THE STORE. WE VISITED WITH HIM A FEW TIMES. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VARIOUS MANUFACTURERS AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE. HE WAS NOT PUSHY NOR CONDESCENDING. WE HAD THE COMPANY DELIVER THE APPLIANCES ABOUT 1 1/2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. THE DELIVERY GUYS HAD A HARD TIME FINDING OUR HOUSE DUE TO NEW CONSTRUCTION/STREETS. THEY INSTALLED THE APPLIANCES WELL WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE WALLS, FLOOR OR DOORWAYS. OUR FRIDGE ENDED UP OPENING FROM THE WRONG SIDE AND THE DELIVERY MEN FIXED IT ON THE SPOT (A MATTER OF SWITCHING THE BOLTS FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER) RATHER THAN SENDING IT BACK. A JOB WELL DONE AND THE PRICES BEAT THE PANTS OFF THE COMPETITION.
