Excellent. Fridge died over a weekend; on Monday; went to store & bought new one. Sales person very nice, (I had researched & narrowed my choices down before I went there.) Prices on 2 models I had in mind on sale & cheaper by SEVERAL hundred $$ than other places. Delivery not expected til the following Monday but they put me "on call" if something opened up; which it did, on Wed. So..VERY pleased I had a new fridge installed w/I 2 days of purchase! $29 charge for delivery/set up/haul away old fridge very reasonable. Installers Evan & Nick very good; it was a difficult, tight placement, maneuvering very carefully around my quartz countertops, etc. Well done! This is my 3rd purchase from them (kitchen appliances) in 12 yrs; very pleased everytime.

Overall went well. Some logistics issues on the dryer delivery but they communicated frequently and kept us updated.

They gave us prices bettern than the big boxes and were very knowledgeable about the products. They also installed all the appliances which saved some money.

I was calling different stores to get pricing on a specific make and model of washing machine. After several attempts to get through, I finally spoke to someone from Lee & Jack's. I specifically asked the man on the phone if the price included everything and that $779 was the amount I would write on the check. He confirmed the amount. I ordered the washer and he set up a delivery time of 10-11AM several days from the call date. I took the morning off of work to wait for the delivery. No one showed so I finally called the store at 11:20 and was told that they were "just getting ready to call". The delivery wouldn't be until between 4-6PM. The delivery people arrived around 4PM and I was very pleased with their service. They were both very polite and professional. I already had my check written out for the quoted amount but when they gave me the bill, it was over $60 more than the verbal quote. They called the shop for me and the lady I spoke with was actually rude. She told me in no uncertain terms that no business EVER quotes a price with delivery fees and taxes included unless it's for a church or school or other non-profit organization. I paid the invoice amount but it was not a pleasant transaction.

I researched clothes washers and dryers and narrowed my choices, then visited Lee and Jack's. The friendly and professional salesperson was professional and showed me the units and their differences, and I made my decision. The cost she quoted included EVERYTHING: tax, delivery, and installation. No added fees! And the best part was that they beat Home Depot, Sears, and Lowe's prices on Black Friday weekend. Oh wait, the BEST part was that their two professional and friendly installers delivered and installed within TWO hours! I was amazed.

Lee & Jack's was absolutely great to deal with.  Jeff and his staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. 
Jeff made good recommendations and had some great deals and rebates to work with.  We had an initial issue with our cooktop, but Jeff was very quick to take care of it without any hassle whatsoever.  We've been using the appliances for about 2 months now and all is good. We've recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

They delivered it when they said they would. They were clean, efficient, tidy and punctual. I have nothing but high praise for them. The price was good. They  were $100 less than the others I called had quoted. I would absolutely use them in the future.

      They installed a new range for us.  Our previous range was a gas range, and they had to cap off the gas line to install the new smooth top GE range for us.  This business treats clients great.  Polite sales people that are helpful in picking the appliance that is right for your needs.  Their prices are very good.  The installers were pleasant and arrived right at the time they were planned for.  They cleaned up after their installation...and best of all...they took away the old broken appliance for free.  I will be using them the next time I need a new appliance.

I was in a hurry to purchase a new gas range due to an appliance repair gone bad.  I'm typically a real hunter gatherer before I make any large purchases but as my family had been w/o a range for several weeks and I had been out of town and had to leave again--I needed to locate and get a delivery of a range quickly.  
The sales staff at Lee and Jacks was awesome with answering my questions over the phone.  Other dealers weren't interested in talking to me on the phone.  I wanted to minimize my running around time and only go to a dealer if the appropriate choices were in stock.
I was lucky that all my criteria was met with a discontinued range (read, much better price) available on the floor. (GE Profile--yippee!)
The delivery guys were very careful, put large cardboard on the floor before wheeling the dolly in and actually lifted the old range out instead of dragging across my wood floor and was very careful with installation of the new one.
They had not been given all the interior racks and the center griddle was chipped up.  And, after they left I noticed that the bottom oven drawer dragged.
I called the store and was initially told that the issues would be taken care of next week but when I reminded them of the situation I was in the owner came out that night and took care of everything.  Amazing!!!
I purchased a washer/dryer from them last year and was very impressed with their customer service.
I can't help myself so I'm sure that I will always call around to see what options I have, but I certainly plan on shopping with Lee and Jacks for all our appliance needs.

they were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  pointed out they had blemished new machines for substantially less. that is what we purchased and we cannot find the blemish as they predicted. delivery and set up went great including removing an over-sized chest freezer from the basement.

It was excellent, they provided nice appliances, we bought 4 appliance from them and it's just excellent service. They did everything good. If I'll buy more appliances then I'll probably check them out.

I needed a refrigerator, because the old one stopped working. Went to Lee and Jacks, and picked the one we wanted and it was delivered that afternoon. That is really good service, The price was competave, and the really nice part was no being hasseled about extended warrentis, extras and the like. The two guys that delivered were carefull not to tear up the walls , unpacked the Fridge, and had it up and running in no time.
