"I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

She said she was very arrogant. She said, well, you've signed the contract? Why did you sign a contract? If you weren't sure. And I said, because we were trying to be decent people. And I called in, and I was told that this gentleman that's the way he was supposed to just be quiet and let them come. It's been a big puzzle the whole time. And now they're saying that I waited too long. I didn't, I called, I called before yesterday. I called two or three times. And I talked to someone that I thought would be Jessica. Seems to be very nice and curious. And she seemed, The conscience about her job. But today I couldn't even get her on the phone. They said that she wasn't about Queue and I couldn't even talk to the manager or the the CEO or the owner. I don't know what has qualifications are. That they said he he wasn't answering his phone. And that I I but they did have another girl that I have never talked to and she was. She just basically said, hey lady, U sinus contract. And we've we've scheduled and I said, I know you scheduled that I've called since it was scheduled to ask. Questions and I said, I haven't been able to get any answers. And, she basically said, well, Too bad. We're keeping the money. And she also added before she hung up. And you're going to have to pay this whole amount, whether we do the work or not. In other words, it was a threat. That they were going to take us to court. I said you are entirely not. Allowed to spike, speak to me that way. Maybe your company lets you. But if you were in my, if you worked for my company, you would have been fired right now. My arrogant way that you talk to me."
