Reviews of Patio Repair Companies from Your Neighbors
Divine Landscaping Inc
They did a great job repair my patio. Showed up for estimate on time, good communications about the project scheduling, and provided good quality of work. Project went smoothly.

Rocha Construction LLC
Our patio needed a lot of work. Roberto went over all the options with us, what factors we should consider, and what outcomes might arise. When we decided on a course of action, he acted promptly. The work was perfect and the workers friendly and professional. I'd use Rocha again in a heartbeat.

SLG Masonry Construction Inc
We hired Santiago Lopez and his firm to repair our raised concrete patio and the garage underneath, which had suffered extensive water damage. Santiago and his crew were very reasonably priced, very communicative, curteous, professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Santiago and his company.

Capital Masonry LLC
Outstanding work by Mike and the team. They arrived exactly on time for the estimate and I loved that they had an iPad ready to show high quality photos of similar projects as we walked around the site. I had the estimate for the project 90 minutes after they left and the work was scheduled and completed two days later. Mike was extremely responsive via email and the system he is using made it very easy to complete payment. After dealing with other contractors that took weeks to produce and estimate this was such a better experience.

Ace Deck & Fence
We are very happy with the final product of our new backyard! Ali responded quickly to our inquiry and came out within a week to provide us with a detailed estimate. Ali was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He spent considerable time during his first visit taking measurements and providing us with a sketch of his proposed work (based on our specifications). The work began essentially on the timeline Ali told us. But we would recommend that you make sure to stay in communication with Ali about the exact type of permits that are required for your project. Also, we obviously know companies are busy with projects like ours during the summer, but there were some minor delay through the process. That said, we can't say enough about Ali and his crews' professionalism and work ethic. They completed the most labor-intensive part of the project during the hottest days of the summer. They were always professional and courteous. We are very happy with how our backyard turned out. Everything looks exactly as we envisioned, and Ali came out the last day to review the project and ensure that we were satisfied with the final product. We would highly recommend Ali and Ace Deck & Fence for your next outdoor project.

Benitez Landscape & Design
I worked with Saul who was very responsive (a rarity for sure) and he and his crew were able to complete the job ahead of time, again something that is very unusual. My past experiences with contractors is that they are poor at estimating when they will be able to start the job resulting in the job being done later than promised. The quality of the work was first rate, and they were able to complete the job in one day, which is crazy given the amount of work they had to do.

Mark Haller (account manager) contacted me right away to provide an estimate and was accommodating to a schedule change. He answered my questions when walking around and reviewing my property, and provided an estimate by that evening. He set my expectations as to when the team would be available to provide the services and met those expectations; also notifying me the day before the team would be arriving. The team arrived promptly in the morning, completed the work quickly and neatly. The work was well done and they cleaned up and removed the debris.

WK Home Improvement LLC
I am thrilled with the work provided by WK Home Improvement. I was flexible with my schedule and Wagner came and started demo ahead of his crew with a small team. On the days for work, there was a full crew working in tandem and doing a good job. On pour day, full crew again doing all the cement placement and smoothing. Finishing was great. Crew came back to remove framing and touch up, build back steps and railing. Clean up was 100% including power washing off some splatter on my railings. There is seed spread with straw to replace the edges where the work was done. This is top notch work. All the details were addressed and Wagner took pains to match the wood work on the deck to the new stairs. I'm completely impressed and look forward to engaging WK Home Improvement for some interior work once the weather turns for his concrete work. I fully endorse their work. Fair prices, great workmanship and expert execution. WK Home Improvement will do a great job for you.

Contractor Solutions and Management Inc
Excellent!! Contractor Solutions and Management completed a large flagstone patio repair and added some new design / flare to existing stone columns with more lighting and we could not be happier. They provide "Quality" work and was diligent in in getting the work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Contractor Solutions and Management. Thank you Luis and team!

Bright Construction Group
Extremely pleased with the work done and the outcome of the project. Second time user of this company and I would use them again.

VRN Masonry Inc
VRN Masonry repaired our patio, repaired the block supporting our garage wall, and poured concrete to fill in under our front porch. They responded quickly and meet our need to get the work done quickly. The quality of the work is very good. We are pleased with the work they did--it certainly met our needs. They also cleaned up well when the work was completed.

The Foundation Expert
The initial estimate was not consistent with the final scope of the project, which grew as it proceeded, in large part due to an initial misunderstanding of the type of foundation under an addition that replaced what was originally a carport on a concrete pad, and in small part due to some tangentially related follow-up work to a concrete patio that I wanted to have done. The end price seemed fairly good to me -- the owner claimed he was losing money on the project -- but I do not have enough information to evaluate this, so no letter rating on price. The quality of the end result has been very good. No problems for several years. However, I was not impressed by the professionalism of all of the people that I interacted with at The Foundation Expert. Over the course of this project, I encountered a wide range of memorable behavior -- memorable enough that I am writing this review more than four years after the project -- that, in my view, averaged out to fairly professional. I would consider hiring them again.

Meadows Farms Landscaping
This review is for the designer and not the workers who actually completed the work. Initially I was very happy with the design and work Meadows Farms completed. I called them to repair an irregular slate patio that had been damaged when we had our deck replaced. I also received an estimate to restack a small wall and to install steps at my back gate. The wall is great. The steps at my gate, while very functional left a drop off that needed additional work to make it safe. There was a drop off and a sharp edge on one side. We added more soil and sod so there for safety. The designer might have noticed this but he never stopped by during or after completion of the project. The irregular slate patio was filled with stone dust between the stones. The patio is built on a slight angle away from the house and after less than two weeks a lot of the stone dust had already washed out and two stones were cracked because they had no support. I emailed the designer with pictures and he suggested using a different product between the stones and wanted to charge $100 per 50 square feet to fix the patio. I thought as a designer he should have realized that stone dust would wash out. After getting nowhere with the designer, I emailed Meadows Farms customer service with pictures attached and here is the response I received, Ms. Ingram ?I received the email that you sent regarding the patio we installed. Sorry to see you are having problems with the patio and getting it resolved. The Vice President of Landscaping has turned this over to Michael to solve and have it done in a timely manner. If you have not heard from Michael by weeks end please let me know.? Michael is the designer and his solution was to turn the problem back on me with additional charges. I no longer wanted to work with Michael especially now that the Vice President of Landscaping is making him fix a problem that he clearly did not want to fix. After I received the email from Chad Smith I called him. He was very polite and agreed that stone dust was not the correct product to use. He said Michael would come out whenever I wanted to fix it. Unfortunately by then we were in the middle of a turf renovation and timing was a factor in that renovation. There is a small window of opportunity to renovate cool season grasses in the spring. We didn?t need to have more workers damaging the turf. While Mr. Smith did agree to fix the patio I didn?t have the time to be home nor did I want to work with Michael again. If the designer had come out to look at the problem in the beginning instead of me having to email him more than once and then have to follow up with Customer Service it could have been repaired in a timely manner. We now have the correct product and will repair this ourselves. Hopefully we can be refunded the money we spent on the polymeric sand we had to purchase to repair the project Meadows Farms started. I would like to end with the fact that the workers did an outstanding job. They were very professional and cleaned up the work area after they finished. I think the problem was with the design and the lack of follow up from the designer.

Mottern Masonry Design
Working with Jeff and his crew was very positive, and we are happy with the result. We have worked with a number of contractors and Mottern is among the best we have used. Workmanship, price and cleanliness is excellent. The job went according to plan and it included some tricky repairs. Jeff?s team came up with original solutions to the one or two small issues that arose. Jeff arrived when scheduled for the estimate and provided a quick and clearly written plan of what was needed. His team worked the hours projected and finished on time and within the estimated amount. They delivered well beyond expectations. We are completely satisfied with the result and Mottern Masonry Design has my recommendation

Avalos Stone and Landscape
Avalos is very personable and has done a lot of different projects at my home. He is very honest and his prices are reasonable. We have always been happy with his worth and continue to plan on using him in the future.

Capitol Masonry Services LTD
Mike was responsive, knowledgeable and punctual. I was concerned much of the stone patio would have to be pulled up and reset, but Mike indicated this was not necessary. The work looks great and the crew did a good job cleaning up afterword.

The Outdoor Advantage LLC
I am a big fan of the team at Outdoor Advantage and would/will definitely use them again. They started and finished the job on time and exceeded my expectations in every way. I recently had a very negative experience with a landscaper that I had to remove from my property so I know a good landscaper and a professional team when I see one- and Outdoor Advantage is one. They made sure that things were done right and went the extra mile without increasing the price to the job. They really transformed my yard.

American Exteriors & Masonry
I was very happy that they were very responsive because they came out that same day that I called them, so I thought that was great. And the gentleman who came out was wonderful and he explained to me what needed to be done and gave me options and then wrote up the quote pretty much right there. And there was a piece he was supposed to get back to me on, I think, and I never heard from him and after a few days I called the company back and I said I haven't heard from your representative and she said, let me check and have him get back to you. And nobody ever got back to me. And so within a day or so I opted to go with another company and I called American Exterior and said that I'm not going to take your service, thank you very much. And that was the end of that. So, they initially came out wonderfully and then it just kind of fizzled out because I don't know why he never got back to me. And his quote was reasonable and I would have gone with them had I not been able to negotiate down the price with the other company. But he was very great to work with and he is very creative. Explained the process, how it would work, how long it would take and they were able to start in a couple of weeks. Very professional and very responsive but then I never heard from them again. So, that was disappointing.

Capital Masonry LLC
Capital Masonry was able to do my repair within a couple weeks. They came exactly when expected and did a spectacular job on my stone patio. It looks amazing-especially when compared to the condition it was in before their work. Mike's workers are efficient, extremely competent, knowledgeable , and pleasant. I am very happy with their job and would not hesitate to recommend them.
