"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

"This is a large complex driveway and it turned out incredible. Jasper and his team were great. We had an issue with the existing asphalt driveway that was not properly graded before being installed. A drain needed to be added in front of the garage to handle the drainage issue. Over the years landscaping including hardscape was added around the asphalt driveway. Jasper was able to eliminate the need for the drain by properly sloping the driveway to keep water away from the garage and house while also insuring that the existing hardscape and landscape still looked good. Jasper spent time thinking not only about the functionality but also the aesthetics of the overall appearance and the results speak for themselves."

They did very good job of prepping the area and they are very quick and laying with concrete and came back many times to check on it on what need to do on maintain the driveway. The initial plans were clear, concise and accurate. During the construction phase we got to know our builders Mike and Tom, who are absolute rock stars and know exactly what they are doing. We built a very large screened porch with some tricky roof integrations which required the utmost skill and confidence. Everything was done exceeding our expectations and we loved working with the team at River Mill. The build team was incredibly conscientious while working around our home, they would spend extra time sealing off the work areas to limit dust and debris, cleaned up their workspace daily, and were "Meticulous" about their craft. I felt as though they put the same care and effort as if they were working on their own home. They were very flexible and willing to make and discuss any design changes needed. "The owner, Anthony, was on the job working with his crew 100% of the time. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and nice to my dog. They showed up on time, ready to work. Anthony came up with some ideas to correct the poor job of the last contractor. He's just a really smart guy who knows what he's doing. Also, Siera, the lady who came out to do my estimate, was very professional, kind, and empathetic to my situation. She's a gem. Definitely recommend!"
