"Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."

"Mark was able to fit our small job into his schedule, and did a great job of matching the wavy edge on one side of the slab. You could sit outside and watch the crew with your grandmother and your 4 year and not worry about yelling, cussing, or anything that would be hard to explain to a 4 year old. "My wife and I could not be happier with Christopher Brown and his crew. I got five estimates for our project and I knew from the moment I met Christopher that he was the one we wanted. He was professional, great communication, and did a truly outstanding job for us. And it was a real bonus to work with Christopher as a person. He's a hard-working man with strong character, does what he says he will do AND has an excellent sense of humor. Not only did we get a great job done on our concrete, but we feel like we made a friend. Will definitely use him again for future projects and highly recommend him to others."

"I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

"If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Cancelled their appointment the first time, the second time—they no-showed/no call. Nick claims he was in the hospital, wished him well and was glad he was feeling better and he rescheduled for a third time. Again, no showed/no call. He claims he’s a professional company, but doesn’t run the business or portray himself as one. He has cost us a lot of time and money. Beware!"

"Mark Rodgers and his crew were beyond excellent at every step of the process, from the estimate, to scheduling, digging up our old driveway and then pouring and finishing our new one! Communication was easy and thorough throughout the process. Mark is a kind man, and patient with any question at all. He does quality work, cares about the details, and he doesn’t cut corners.
