Yancy found out what the problem was and did a great job getting it fixed. It only took about five minutes to fix the problem. We would have Yancy come back whenever we have a problem. No cost as we have Airtron come every year for checkup.

Thank you to have Cedric come to my house to our Furnace on Monday morning and he say found to problem was a bad Pressure Switch was not working without no heat. So, he said it need to order new part in order to received it in the next day asap.

Airtron installed the furnace/AC unit in my new Ryan home. I turned on the furnace for the first time and there was a bad part causing the unit to not fire. I called Airtron and they sent a tech out within the hour, which was great! The tech, unfortunately did not have the part and would need to come back. Airtron called me the next day to schedule the service and they couldn't be there for TWO MORE DAYS!!! That's three total days in 30 degree weather with no heat at all! I don't fault Airtron for a bad part, but they should know that you cannot leave a customer without heat for an extended period of time.

It's been very good. We've been using them for the past 60 years and they are excellent.

I've had them for quite some time because they serviced my original units from when I bought the home and they put in my new ones. I like them, they're good and thorough and answer my questions.

They came out the evening I called. The charge was $89 for service. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and made a repair to get it going temporarily because he had to order parts. However, the system had no refrigerant in it when he got it running. He sent a salesperson the following day to provide an estimate. She was also knowledgeable. We are obtaining other bids, so we have not decided yet. The service fee is refundable if we buy a new system.

They did have to return to finish the job, but were very nice about it. I will recommend them and use them, again.

We have a 100 year old home and have been Airtron customers for years. We have a service contract that involves inspections of the AC and furnace twice a year even though our system was installed by another company many years ago. The inspector, with 30 years of experience showed us areas on the furnace that were worn and in a dangerous condition. The output for the AC and furnace was diminishing. We agreed it was necessary to get a new system sooner rather than later. Karen Sweda did the measurements and showed us various options for replacement. Dustin Rezes and Derrick Woodard installed the new furnace and AC in a timely manner. They went over everything with us and cleaned up afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend.

Their service is excellent. They're very knowledgeable and explain their findings. They're on time and easy to work with.

I did have an annual contract but I didn't renew it this year. We had the furnace installed a few years ago and I had continued an annual service with them to come out twice a year and check my furnace and A/C. One visit they would do the furnace and one they would do the A/C. I had used them before and was very pleased with their service, and continued to like what they did. They fix the problem and take care of any issues. They keep my A/C running even though it's quite old.

It was fine. I did not have any problems with them. They came out and replaced at part with same day service. It was prompt, same day service. They came out, replaced a part, and got my furnace up and running. It was what you would expect. They are the ones that installed it 5 years ago. Price was reasonable.

Our builder hired Airtron to put in a geothermal system. The work has not been completed, and there have been multiple problems. WHEN we can get a service person to come, he is not on time, and doesn't complete the work. The first tech who came here to do our final inspection, put a few register covers on our duct openings, then left without completing the work. The second tech who came out needed to come back because he left several ducts un-covered, and he did not do the sealing of the air leaks, or balance the ducts. He was scheduled to come back on a tuesday, but switched to Wednesday at 2:00. I moved another appointment so I would be here to accommodate his schedule, and by 3:30, he was still not here. We still have missing register covers, a duct that needs to be closed off, air leaks around the unit in the basement, and the system is all unbalanced. It is freezing in the finished basement and hot on the upper floor. They only put in one thermostat for the entire three-story, 4600 sq ft house. A 'manager' did come out about two weeks ago to go over our system with me. That was helpful, but he said that a tech would be out soon to balance and label our ducts so I can close and open them according to the season, close off the air leaks, and bring the missing register covers. No one has come yet...Even our builder can't get someone out here on time to complete the work and address the problems. It has been very frustrating to try and work with this company.

I bought a service plan the week before. I think it was about $600 total for the service plan and the thermostat. Well, it took two service calls to diagnose the fact that I was having trouble with the thermostat. On the pricing, I'm sure there are cheaper options out there. I do want to give them points for being honest with me booster fan in my attic and they said they don't make those things anymore and they don't even meet code. So, at least they're honest with me. They just left it alone, they said they weren't touching that thing.

We've used Airtron for years servicing our furnace and air conditioning. We've used them for 42 years. They come out twice a year. Well, they don't charge per visit I'm on a service contract that I pay $200 for the year and I get two service calls. They come out and check the furnace and air conditioning to make sure they're ready for each season. They've done a good job.

They just very nice, actually gave me a little more information about my furnace than I needed to know. Very good.
