"Mark and his crew did a great job on our 4 seasons room. We needed extra space and they did quality, professional work at a competitive price. Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!"

"The work was professionally and beautifully done. Workers were courteous and efficient. The sidewalk and patios are beautiful, with color and stamped appearance. We have received many compliments from the neighbors. We would recommend them for any concrete work."

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"Did a great job, thanks."

"I couldn't be happier with the work Hartsook Concrete & Excavating LLC did on my project. From start to finish, their teamwork was outstanding. Everyone on the crew worked together efficiently, communicated well, and clearly took pride in delivering quality results. Their attention to detail really set them apart. Every aspect of the job was completed with precision, and they made sure everything looked clean and professional before they wrapped up. It's obvious they don't cut corners. Customer service was exceptional as well. They were friendly, answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the project, and made the entire process stress-free. If you're looking for a company that values quality workmanship, great communication, and treats customers right, I highly recommend Hartsook Concrete & Excavating LLC. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"The price was good. I was concerned about hanging limbs. They cut limbs, but I had to wait two days for all the debris to be removed. An additional fee for use of credit card."
