We have utilized this company multiple times and have consistently been satisfied with their exceptional service. They handle furniture with care, are always punctual, and overall, are top-notch. We also never feel like we have to follow them around to make sure they're doing the job and trust them 150%.

This company is unresponsive to complaints— continuing to Bill and monitor my home after contract has been cancelled FOR YEARS. Sent police to house at 2 am to wake us from dead sleep and scare us to death and alarm wasn’t even on and service had been cancelled. Make sure you cancel in writing and keep a copy or they will say they didn’t get it. Even went to office to cancel and they continue to monitor. Invasion of privacy!!!! Can’t get them to quit monitoring me!!! Horrible management practices.

Used them before always do a great job

It went very well. It is difficult to find anyone able to repair a cast iron radiator. Al was able to diagnose the problem, a "wonky" valve, and was patient in explaining both problem and solution. He is personable, and has a great personality and client skills. It is good to use a small company where you deal directly with the owner. He cared about the quality of his work and the reputation of his business. I would definitely use his company again.

Palmetto Roofing was wonderful they were great to work with. Both the office and the roofers. I have only praise for them.

Not well Stone and Patio PROFESSIONALS Charles owner kept coming every day for $10,000-20,000 at a clip also wanted in cash form which amounted to $34,000 total $150,500 stopped working right before 06/01/1017 said they be back in beginningsof October never showed up Then had the audacity to say no to finish the projects that he was paid for. They de destroyed 3 zones of our sprinkler system molding around garages and back of house.put up a veneer that we didn't agree to which was supposed to be completed in 2017 .landscaped property without permission that was done before the hardscape was completed when that should have been done 1st Took us to go through Home Advisor for him to respond he put the new mailbox up but cheap lighting in front of the house where lights were supposed to be done In the paver walkway CHARLES OF STONE AND PATIO PROFESSIONALS IS NOT ACCREDD WITH THE BBB HAS NOT FILED IN 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS2016-2017 SO NOW I KNOW THE $34,000 DID NOT GO INTO THE BUSINESS AFFAIRS.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We are going through FAIR CLAIMS TO SUE STONE AND PATIO PROFESSIONALS LLC just so your all aware LLC states it protects the owner to a degree but he is still liable and cannot embezzle or fraud which when your asked for cash payments that's where you know it landed up in that category

Jonathan Franco is a lovely man and an expert painter. He came to our home immediately to give us an estimate. He brought out paint samples before he did the job, and when he started the job, he was punctual and efficient. He and his crew did the ceilings, walls and wood work, They filled in all holes in the walls; vacuumed the carpeting and moved all our very heavy furniture back in place. I plan to hire them again to do one of our guest bedrooms. They are the nicest and best painters I have hired over the years.

Bob the Builder's team dedication, enthusiasm, and insight obtained results over and above my expectations. The quality of their workmanship was superior. As a disabled cancer survivor (which Bob the Builder did not know) I did not have the strength to deal with the insurance company. Bob the Builder used their knowledge and expertise to make my job easier. If Oscars were given for a job well done, I would nominate them without any hesitation. I appreciate their honesty. Being a homeowner for many years has made me wonder if I was being given a fair deal with other home repairs. I did not for a moment wonder if Bob the Builder was cheating me. Thank you for a job well done!!!!

I have used the same big name carpet cleaning company for many years. I decided to try Pro Steam as they had good reviews. Nick and Cory were on time and very polite. They got straight to work. They took extra care to use corner guards at all of the turns. I will use them from here on out. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. The carpeting look great.

It went amazing. I just bought a house that the previous owner allowed her car to urinate everywhere and there was so much cat hair, I couldn't vacuum it all up if I tried. They cleaned my carpets so well that I don't feel like I'm in that disgusting house anymore. I feel at home and proud to call this my new home. My house no longer smelled!

They showed up early in the time window, wore clean uniforms, were very polite, finished quickly and did an awesome job! Then gave me some sweets tips for cleaning my kitchen tiles. Will definitely recommend them to others.

They were great - very responsive when I emailed and willing to go back and forth over email to get things set up.  Arrived early (and called ahead to ask if it was ok) and completed the work quickly but also did a good job.  I've had other providers say they'll move furniture and then not actually do it but these guys did.  Carpets look great, I will use them again.

Great! The carpets look revived and feel soft and plush. Didn't realize they needed that. We have only lived in our home for 2 years. We had our carpet cleaned last year. The company was pretty good last year but I'm happier this year with PROsteam. The price is fair and they did a great job so we will use again. Very nice guys. The carpet is noticeably cleaner, fuller, revived. We do not wear shoes in our house or have pets so we don't track much dirt in. I was surprised to notice a diff since the carpets didn't appear soiled. I didn't really notice the difference after when we had someone clean last year but I did this time. Very happy.

Tom arrived on time. He was very professional. He attacked the overwhelming task. He was diligent in his work. He provided me with options for cleaning. Due to the nature of the work and condition of the carpets, the work was demanding and took a long time to complete. I had a family member oversee the project. After Tom worked for several hours going back over areas, he stopped and explained the potential outcome. He contacted me mid-job to provide me with an update due to the situation. I was pleasingly surprised when I arrived at the property. The carpets looked almost brand new. Tom saved me thousands of dollars in carpet replacement costs. I knew that my job was more than just a level I cleaning and I was willing to pay additional money for the best results. There are companies that advertise and quot;6 rooms of cleaning for $99.00and quot;. I could have gone with one of those companies and today I would be in debt for a whole house full of new carpet. I invited family members and friends to the property who had seen the carpets prior to Toms cleaning. They were in TOTAL amazement that they were the same carpets. Tom did follow up with me after completion of the work. I am grateful to Tom and Pro Steam. Despite the fact that I upgraded my job, the price was so reasonable. I have recommended Tom to others and will continue to do so.

Tom says he runs this business. He was extremely rude to me. He said he couldn't do any better on my high traffic dining area, it was too dirty. I said that was fine because it looked so much better than before. I noticed the entrance to my bedroom was still quite dirty. I also noticed behind the door and next to a dresser had not been touched. I asked him nicely to go over these areas. He was very rude and said and quot;It's not going to make a differenceand quot; He quickly went over them. I apologized and said I meant no offense. He remained rude. and quot;Doesn't matterand quot; They said they would move furniture. I did not expect them to move beds or china cabinets. I even went around and moved small things myself, like toy chests and ottomans. After he left I noticed a small, lightweight book shelf and a wheeled cabinet had never been moved. Both had dry dusty carpet underneath. He didn't move a nightstand because it still had some clutter on it. I understand that, but I would have cleared it had I known. The other items were already clear. He also left my tiled foyer covered with huge puddles of water. After he left, my husband went over the two areas we were unhappy with. He used plain water in our home carpet cleaner. It took him about 10 minutes and it looked so much better. Tom told us it didn't matter how much he went over it, it would never come clean. When they first arrived, I told them my coupon was for 5 areas. I asked if my living/dining room was 1 or 2 areas. (My home is quite small). He said it was just on the edge. I said ok, then please do the hall as well. That is my fifth area. When it was time to pay, he tried to charge me for 6 areas. His assistant backed me up and I paid for 5. I feel like this company just comes in and does a quick run over your carpet. He did not want to spend any extra time on problem areas. He was so very unprofessional and rude although I felt I did my very best to be polite. In the end I just let him go because I don't like confrontation. My house is 1400 square ft. The rooms are pretty small. The carpets were quite clean except for my two high traffic areas and the stairs. I don't think it was a tough job or that I was being picky. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I just noticed the very untruthful response of this company. My whole house was clean except for the bedroom because I wasn't sure I would have it cleaned. Saying it was and quot;filthyand quot; is just rude and a lie. I did not try to find something for free. I asked about the fifth area before we started. They agreed so I went in to quickly pick up the bedroom. I was very polite to the service man. It was he who got and quot;hostileand quot; when I complained. I don't expect it to look new. It seems saying the customer is picky is an easy excuse for poor work and unprofessional behavior.

They scheduled the appointment for my convenience even though it was short notice. They cleaned all of the carpets in my house, including stairs, and did a great job on my old and very dirty carpet. It looks 100% better.
