So I usually keep them, and they tend to have a life of their own, multiplying to every horizontal surface, including the floor. Jenny is decisive and persuasive, and I was amazed at how much she convinced me to get rid of, either by donating, recycling or throwing out. She even volunteered to take things to Goodwill or to be recycled, which was above and beyond, in my opinion. She really helped me declutter the place."

If, however, you are converting an existing room into a walk-in closet, it will likely drive the value downward.
