So I usually keep them, and they tend to have a life of their own, multiplying to every horizontal surface, including the floor. Jenny is decisive and persuasive, and I was amazed at how much she convinced me to get rid of, either by donating, recycling or throwing out. She even volunteered to take things to Goodwill or to be recycled, which was above and beyond, in my opinion. She really helped me declutter the place."

I begin trying to get a resolution in October 2024 and I finally received an e-mail in May 2025 regarding my design. I do not understand why it took so long for a reply but I guess better late than never.
