â Value for Moneyâ â ¦repairing a gas leak is very expensiveâ ¦however my safety comes first and Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumbing put my mind at ease. All Buckeye Staff I spoke to and worked with were very competent, thorough and very professional. Thank you Phone Representative (Zachery) and Technician (John) for their fine job. I do want to clarify that Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was not a company that came up in my Angi searchâ ¦I did additional searching and saw them on BBB, 5 star rating, and close to where I reside. If needed, I would hire this company again and would recommend the to others.

We were fortunate enough to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician called before arriving, but the company also sent me a text and an email with his photo and bio before he arrived. I thought that was a nice detail. It took him practically no time at all to fix our air conditioning, and we've been comfortable since.

Buckeye Heating & Cooling provided a free second opinion after an original technician came out misdiagnosed the problem we were having with our central AC. The Technician from Buckeye (Dustin) spent more time looking over the system and correctly identified the issue which was missed by the original company we called. This alone saved me $250 by avoiding a "leak check" which would have not yielded anything as the issue in our central AC was a faulty part. They provided a few different options with transparent pricing to correct the issue and were easy to get ahold of / communicate with. I also liked that they confirmed the appointment and sent details of the technician who would be arriving in advance of the meeting taking place, great system! I highly recommend Buckeye Heating and Cooling, we will be sticking with them going forward.
