Amanda Jones came with the dogs and explained everything she would do in advance. I was impressed with her thoroughness, professionalism and her love and respect for the dogs. I don't think the inspection took more than 1/2 hour. No bedbugs were found. Amanda even double checked on the dogs by "planting" a scent. The dogs gave positive response.
So no bedbugs were found which was consistent with the lack of sightings in my home other than the bugs found in the closet. (I was too new to pest control to think of saving some of the bugs I had found and killed.) Amanda put us in touch with another employee who suggested that we may have found bat bugs (very closely related to bedbugs and the infected closet had an access to our attic.) The following Monday a bat inspection was done (for free) and no sign of bats was found.
We have had no further problems and I consider the $200 paid for the inspection to be more than worth it in peace of mind.
