The Installers, Donnie and Mason, were so prompt and very professional. They completed the install in record time. Also, cleaned all surrounding areas of the job, hauling away all debris! We recently had 13 windows in our home replaced by Window Expo and I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. Sean came to our house and did a great job explaining all the facts, pricing and choices that we had for replacements. He made the choice very easy for us. We got several emails updating us along the way which was helpful to know that things were still on track for installation. The day of the install, Donnie and Mason did a wonderful job. They were quick, very personable and worked like a well oiled machine. I truly couldn't believe how fast things came together. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the windows and the entire process.

It was a long awaited experience. I was tires of not being avke to look outside. It was well organized Steven and his team were polite. They worked together well and knew what they were supposed to be doing like a well oiled machine. They did nit disrupt life. The amazing thing to me is that they vacuumed after they were done.

I had to make a couple windows smaller as part of a kitchen remodel and I had a hard time finding a window company that would also handle reframing the windows, so I was very happy Windows Expo would handle that for me and I didn’t also have to pay for a separate contractor. For including that work in the price, I thought it was fair given the smaller job. Steven and the installation team were so quick and did a great job, especially with having to deal with a weird wall in an older home. The only downside was that they don’t do any siding so we had to find someone else to finish up that part of the job.

We got 3 new bay windows installed. We started off with Joey the salesman, he was great and very knowledgeable about what he was selling. Joe was our installer and we couldn’t have had a better one, the gentleman was outstanding at his job, from the removal to the install to the cleanup everything was perfect! I would highly recommend window expo for any window install, super easy and friendly, just the people you want to do business with, thank you window expo for the great service

Thanks to Meijer for representave to getting me in touch with Company to Project Manager Jack Wise to installer Jeff Carroll, who did a Superior Job. They were professional and are Excelent Craftsmen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Their Time Frame was SPOT ON from when order was placed to installation of 2 84 year old Drafty picture windows in Living Room and Dining Room. CUDOS TO WINDOW EXPO!!!!! Thanks, again WINDOW EXPO🪟

The sales person Will did a wonderful job explaining our options, making suggestions and reviewing our existing windows. Delivery was as promised and installation was great. Virtually no added truncheons up is required, they look great and the installers Donnie and Mason were very helpful in all stages. Everything we expected was delivered. Highly recommend! Steven and the crew he had with him to install my windows today we’re absolutely phenomenal. They arrived promptly. They were professional, courteous, and excellent craftsman. I can’t say enough about them just like I can’t say enough about Joey my salesman. He was phenomenal. Did a great job explaining everything showed us samples. What exactly we were going to get and everything that he promised has been delivered. I highly recommend Window Expo and I will be absolutely referring anybody who asks me where I got my windows from to Window Expo.
