Nick responded to my request quickly, gave me a reasonable quote after discussing the project, showed up quickly and did a very good job.

Nick and his company did an excellent job fixing my fence. Nick is very professional, gentle in his approach, and easy to communicate with. His crew was also very nice, respectful, and hardworking. The quality of their work is outstanding, and I really appreciate the care they put into the project. I will definitely continue to call Nick for future work and highly recommend him and his team!

It was fantastic and did a professional job and I have no problem with them after. I am very happy with them. When I go to have a deck and put it on the back of my house, I would have Eckenrode Hardscape & Design do it again. Any future project I have, I would have them do it again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I'm here to give an update on my fence, they installed it last February and it began falling apart 5 months later. I reached out to the owner multiple times with a " we'll come fix it asap" answer and then never hearing back from them. It's now broken in 2 different spots. I'm not happy with the quality of work and I'm upset at how unprofessional they are.

Very fast and efficient

Nick the owner was nothing but professional and polite. I had made many calls to other companies that have poor customer service attitudes, but eckenrode hardscapes and designs was nothing less than comforting and enthusiastic to help me with my wants and needs. This come spring I have additional work I need done and there will not be any hesitation to call and recommend them to friends and family!

Whole process went extremely smooth, easy, quick and informative,. Absolutely no issues at all and was very thorough. Extremely pleased and satisfied with work done, have already discussed future projects. Would highly recommend aswell as the fact very polite and clean along the process.

Although it took a little longer than expected due to illness of the team, we are extremely happy with the final product. We let Nick try a gate and trellis design and he did a great job. We are very pleased with his service
