Did the measuring, we had the quote within one day. Hired them. The installers showed up on time, were super effecient, cleaned up after themselves. cost was to the penny of the quote. SUPER satisfied with the work done and the floor looks out of this world. I would recommend FCI to everybody looking for flooring"

"Our 7 yr. old carpeting needed to be re stretched. I Googled and found '616', as it's close to us. Very personable and professional. Very thorough. They explained the process well. We had them clean the carpeting as well. My husband and I are beyond happy with the re stretching job. The huge ripples are gone. The carpet looks as good as new now, thanks to them.
