"Henry and Marianne Baker did a wonderful job on my floors. I had an old rug covering the floor and the pad underneath was disintegrating and sticking to the floor. They had a guy that came in and scraped prior to sanding. They were quick to get started and worked for about 5 days till they were finished. My floor is beautiful I knew there were stains and dark spots on my floor but I think in the end it just adds to the beauty of my floor. They were excited about doing a good job for me. They really wanted me to have the best finished product they could. They really like the high gloss finish for it's durability and shine. I wanted the semi gloss as it fit me and what I wanted in my home. In the end I did the semi gloss and we were all happy with the results. I would recommend Henry and Marianne to anyone getting their wood floors refinished. Did the measuring, we had the quote within one day. Hired them. The installers showed up on time, were super effecient, cleaned up after themselves. cost was to the penny of the quote. SUPER satisfied with the work done and the floor looks out of this world. I would recommend FCI to everybody looking for flooring"
