"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Ray and his crew did an excellent job renovating my bathroom in July 2023. They demolished the old bathroom: removing old tub, cabinets, walls, door,toilet and sink. They converted to walk-in shower, new ceiling, walls and installed new floor, door, mirror, lights, sink and all fixtures. It's been almost 2 years since the renovation and I love my new bathroom. The crew was professional, cleaned the area daily, asked questions and made suggestions. I would recommend them for any home project."
