I explained to him my issue and he was able to schedule me that same week. Dave called the morning of my appointment to let me know which two hour window he would arrive. Dave was very prompt on his scheduled time. He was very friendly and knew what was wrong with my dryer right away (the heating coils overheated and fried). Dave supplies his own parts so he immediately replaced the coil. His service was quick and efficient. I am currently drying my laundry and it is running as good as new! I highly recommend All Performance Appliance Repair for your small appliance issues. There is a service cost of $60. The total cost of our repair was $178.20 which included the service cost. "To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."
