They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. "I had previously used Apex to fix a leak around my garbage disposal. They were quick to respond, had it fixed within an hour and I felt the cost was reasonable. I called them again, b/c my water heater started to back draft. When I called I told their scheduler that the water heater was back drafting and wasn't sure who I should call. She sent out one of their plumbers and the only thing he did was hold a lighter next to the exhaust pipe and said yep, it's back drafting, you need to call an HVAC contractor. Then he charged me $100 and left, which left me feeling ripped off and not surprisingly the next time I needed a plumber I called someone else."
