We went right to the area to begin work and we discussed the flaw in my bathtub. I was hoping that refinishing the tub would be the solution to this problem, but after pros and cons I decided not to have it done. Marlene was well informed, her experience was clearly seen and she was not offended when I made the decision to not have the refinishing done. They also removed a standard bathtub and replaced it with a custom built oversized tile shower. Bryan is very detailed in building the shower base and his tile work is very very good.
