They did a terrible job. My shower pan was very very gritty and it should have been smooth. They did it twice and it was still gritty. They said they had no idea why. They blamed me by saying that I should not have sanded the pan. I used 400 grit sandpaper on the ridges of the floor. I could not sand in between the ridges. They used 120 grit sandpaper to sand in between the ridges. After they sprayed the pan you could see and feel a very gritty look on the floor. They blamed me by saying you should never sand fiber glass. Ha Ha, they sanded with course sand paper and blamed me for using 400 grit. The next day they scraped off all of the gritty paint, sanded it again, and sprayed it again. Still the same results. I paid them but I feel ripped off. They are so called experts at this and worked hard to say it was my fault. I really wanted to figure out the problem, but they had no clue. Maybe it was this and maybe it was that. Experts?? I would say not.

BEWARE TO ALL: Sloppy job not only painting the clawfoot, but the prep for the finished room. Only half the room was prepped and covered with plastic before he started spraying. The paint for the tub was red, so it was clearly visible overspray not only on the bare walls but also the brand-new freshly installed window. The painter returned after I sent pictures and called in with a complaint. He admitted the prep guy did not cover the walls properly and instead of stopping to prep, he sprayed the tub anyway. Can anyone believe that!?!? The owner decided to knock off a couple hundred dollars off the price, buy new paint to repair the walls, and compensate for the time cleaning the paint off the window. Once we opened the new paint, it was the wrong color! Wow...... Also, an employee named Elvis (he didn't specify who he was), reached out to me by email and wanted to come over to inspect, but did not respond once I reached out to him to set up a time. That was weeks ago. The lady that answers the phone was very professional throughout the entire ordeal and she was by far, the best part of the experience. I hope she doesn't have to juggle an experience like this again. She doesn't deserve it. STAY AWAY. THEY WILL PERFORM LAZY, UNPROFFESIONAL WORK.

Communication is slow as you often have to leave a message and get a return call. After the initial application, allowing the surface to dry 72 hours, the counter top was rough to the touch. You could feel the flecks in the spray on finish. I called the company, a supervisor called back and said he would send out someone the next day. Unannounced on that day, another technician came and wet sanded the top surface only of the countertops. Said he would speak to the supervisor again as to the application of clear coat again. Had to call office back again as I heard nothing after several days. An appt. was arranged to have a technician return another day and apply the clear coat. He came after a call in the morning to set his arrival. Spray applied, again another 48 hours before anything heavy can be set on the countertop. This is the third time everything on the countertop has been removed. the surface is very shiny now, never like that after the initial application. Wonder if ever applied the initial visit. I would not recommend this company as far as countertop resurfacing.

They did a great job. The tub and tile look brand new, very pleased with the outcome. They were easy to communicate with, Lisa (from the office),was very helpful and always returned my calls. Their tech was professional and very easy to work with and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and offered advice on how to care for the tub and tile. I definitely recommend MB Link.

We hired MB Link to refinish two cast iron bathtubs in June of 2015. Initially the tubs looked great. As recommended, they were only cleaned with non abrasive soap. One year later the substance used to finish the tub (the enamel paint) began to peel off at the drain in both tubs. Our tenants asked to wait until they moved out to have the tubs fixed due to their concerns with exposure to chemicals. When I called the company to ask about a potential warranty or fix for the problem, the response was that there was nothing they could do and there was no warranty. After some time, the company has agreed to come out and fix both bathtubs. I am hopeful that there will be a positive outcome.

I wrote an A in 2017, and then a D a couple of months ago after we had issues several times. I will say, they stand behind their work, and I am so very hopeful that this time the tub will hold. We had issues with cracking a peeling three times. This last time, they came out and stripped it entirely down and started from scratch. That was three weeks ago, and although that is too early for me to say it will last, I will say it looks perfect. Evenly coated, non slip on the bottom and a professional caulking around the tub. The staff was friendly, professional and empathetic. To me, the fact that they are determined to make this right speaks volumes, if it holds up I'll shout them to the rooftops with an A. Special thanks to Elvis who even called me just last week to personally see how it was holding up.

Excellent. Bath and tile look like new. I suggest going over scope of work before the refinishers begin to make sure you are on the same page as to the work to be done.

I wanted this to be a great experience. I even wrote an A review back in July 2017 when it was initially done because it looked amazing. However, the first issue was they didn't remove the caulking so they had to come out and touch up when we went to install tile. Then a month later the drain area began bubble and peel. They came out and said it was a bad application and they actually stripped most of the tub to reapply. A few months later, same thing started again. (See Photos). They brought Elvis out and he redid that area and it held up. Every day I'd go in and look and say 'Thank you Elvis!' - that is until last night. The drain area is fine.... now it's the side of the tub where it curves. It's beginning to bubble and crack. I don't know what to do at this point. I don't trust it being redone. Replacing the tub means I'd have to take out all my new tile and totally redo that at thousands of dollars cost. I guess I could try an acrylic liner but they look so cheap. I'm so very disappointed. The company guarantees these for 5 years - and I'm 18 months into it with 4 call backs. I don't use heavy chemicals, I don't use anything other than a sponge on it. My only upside is they have been responsive so that is good, but I don't know why my tub consistently fails. It's truly been a nightmare at this point. I'm hoping for some resolution soon. I tried to contact Lisa there, but the email bounced back. Hopefully they will contact me and we can figure out either a refund I can apply to a surround or a solution to get this fixed.

Great...the second time around. I posted a review on the 24th of April with a D rating. I was immediately in contact with the office. They right away schedule their supervisor to come out and redo it - stripped the new, poorly done finish and re-coated the tub, re-caulked, etc. This all happened yesterday, with him making a second trip out today to inspect and caulk today (Saturday). I am so pleased with the quick response, the insistence that my first experience wasn't acceptable, and Elvis's attention to detail and work ethic. A completely different result from the 24th of April.
