Rick came out and gave me an estimate and went through the details of what he expects to see, how to repair, and possible worst case scenarios. We scheduled the repair and all went as expected. the repair consisted of replacing a portion of the Rim Joist, flashing, and trim. He left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived. I would use Rick again if the need arises."
