After finishing the job today, he told me i owed him $400. He tried to tell me I misunderstood him with his accent. I guarantee he has tried this before with people and blaming it on his accent. fortunately, I had the quotes handy from the other companies and told him there was no way i would pay $400 when other companies quoted me $120 and $180. We ended up settling on $150 but the entire experience was very very shady. I will never use him again and would highly suggest a written quote if you decide to enter into an agreement with him. "
