Skip was extremely good at following up with us while we waited for the materials to come in so we knew where we were in the process and when they would start. The job took about a week but would have been done earlier if it wasn't raining all week. Skips team worked late every day, worked in the rain, and kept me in the loop on what they were working on for the day as well as how they were going about it so we completely understood how our fence was constructed. The finished product is exactly what we wanted, the gates feel very high quality and sturdy. Skips team did not skip out on any details. "The guy I met with was great from the company.  The person who came to do the work was not great.  Very nice but didn't show up the day I was told but came the next date.  That didn't really bother me because I didn't need to be home for it.  Just thought the overall work was ok to marginal at best.  The lattice work wasn't very good.  We couldn't afford the person I wanted to go with but know I regret the decision.

"They responded quickly to my request for an estimate.  The actual work started a week later.   Only one worker did all the work.  It took him 3 days to power wash both sides of the wooden fence, then one day to stain it and do the concrete work.   He was very meticulous and cleaned up after himself.   The fence looks beautiful--like a totally different fence.   Before he started, it was all grey and mildew, now it's a pretty reddish-brown cedar color.   The price was probably more than I could have paid if I'd been patient and gotten more estimates, but I'm so happy with the result that I don't really mind.

"The two men Aaron and Paul who came out to do the work were very polite and hardworking men.  They emptied the pond, checked the liner, and the surrounding ground for leaks and did not find any.  They cleaned the pond and filled it.  The pond is no longer leaking.  Jake knows ponds  and is not just a guy looking for work in a bad economy.  I will definitely hire again in the future.

"Micah came and looked at the issue(s) I would like the original concrete contractor to address.  He showed me what needed fixed and explained how it could be done.  I asked him for an estimate because I do not think the original contractor will fix the problems.  He gave me a very reasonable estimate.  He also noted that the landscape work his company did last year wasn't up to par.  I was contributing extreme temperatures [near 100 in summer and minus 30s in the winter] to the landscaping issues.  He is going to bring in additional soil and re-seed the lawn without my asking [or any additional charge]!!!! 
On another note - I did tell him that he is not listed as "concrete work" on Angie's List.  "Hard scape"?? is the same, but not recognizable to customers!  He is going to change that, so everyone can enjoy the exceptional service Dean's Landscaping has to offer!

"It was very important to repair the fence to its previous strength as we have dogs and were concerned about any of them getting out. Jeff was the lowest bid on the job and was the most professional from the first time we met him. He took care not to damage any existing flowers and shrubs that we planted at the side that was most heavily damaged. He did a great job and I couldn't ask more concerning the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new fence or repair."
