FINALLY a company that even answers their calls! Right from the start they were very kind, professional and informative. They gave me the rundown of why my basement was leaking, explained the process, told me when they could come out, how long the process would take and guess what? They didnâ t miss a beat! They came out and installed drainage around my foundation, backfilled the dirt and finished the grade. They were able to get it done efficiently and quickly as promised. I love how prompt and accurate they were along with their professionalism and customer service (hard to find these days!) I immediately made Alex aware of the issue, and he said he?d come fix it. He never communicated a specific day, and when he finally said he was planning to come, I let him know I had a renter that day. After additional follow ups from me, he sent a quote for nearly $1,000 more to ?fix? the driveway by rolling and compacting it, which is the exact work that should have been done the first time. I had already paid several thousand dollars for a fresh driveway, so being asked to pay extra just to have the job done correctly was surprising and frustrating. I asked if we could meet in the middle on the added cost, and never heard back."
