"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

And they will fight you on everything and imply that you are wrong when you tell them a certian brick is suppose to be on our project. Now they are refusing to finish the job since they are to lazy to seal my new patio and wont return text phone calls are emails. I had to call and check in the progress everyday because they were gone and didnt give me an update everyday like i was promised soneone would check in every day.
