Luis Perez contacted me immediately (literally within seconds) after I posted my project. He was courteous, professional, and offered to give me a free quote right away. We asked him to quote two concepts we had for our deck, which he did. His quotes were so reasonable, we were able to go with the larger concept. We were willing to do the demolition of our old deck ourselves, but Mr. Perez said he could easily handle it and he did! Mr. Perez is extremely hard working. He did everything he said he would do. He built us a beautiful, solid deck in a short amount of time. We couldn't be happier!
