"Luis answered my call and request for a free estimate quickly. He agreed to come out within an hour of my call to take a look at my broken gate. Once here he fixed the gate immediately! He was friendly, professional, honest and worked quickly to have my gate fixed within a couple of hours - he even ran to Lowe's to pick up a part! I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his work ethic. I would recommend him 100% and I would definitely hire him again and again!!! My only suggestion would be to be ready to start your project when they are. They seem to be busy. "Elite Fence did the job quickly and worked hard to find replacement parts that matched as closely as possible as the fence was old and out of production. It wasn't a perfect match but they were upfront about that fact from the beginning so no problems there. Price was great and the service was done quickly. The fence looks nice and this helped end nearly 8 months of trying to find a vendor to repair the fence. Would definitely hire again as they go the extra mile, even when the job isn't particularly lucrative."

"They responded quickly to my request for an estimate.  The actual work started a week later.   Only one worker did all the work.  It took him 3 days to power wash both sides of the wooden fence, then one day to stain it and do the concrete work.   He was very meticulous and cleaned up after himself.   The fence looks beautiful--like a totally different fence.   Before he started, it was all grey and mildew, now it's a pretty reddish-brown cedar color.   The price was probably more than I could have paid if I'd been patient and gotten more estimates, but I'm so happy with the result that I don't really mind.

"They destroyed the old one that we attempted to put up. They hauled away the pile of rubble that was “supposed” to be a waterfall. They were on time, they were beyond courteous and helpful and quick. They did it in two days; they had it up in time for Mother’s day. The gates were kept closed; there were no cigarette butts on the ground. They let us know what they were doing. Jake talked to us several times before he got started so we knew what he was doing. I was very, very pleased."

"Micah Dean came out and gave me an estimate.  When it came to discussion of replacement plantings he did not seem to be very knowledgeable.  He suggested including day lillies.  I requested varied colors.  He said he didn't think they were available.  Oakland Nursery nearby has at least six colors and online, dozens of colors can be found.  Oh well, his estimate was considerably lower than others so I signed on the dotted line...even prepaid so that the work could be done if I was not in town.  Micah promised to call at least the night before to let me know when they were coming.  He called on the Morning of the 24th and said they were on their way to my house.  I was an hour and a half away at the time and so by the time I loaded up and came home they were almost finished.  They had not done some of the work around the deck but had done a lot of other stuff that had not been discussed.  That part looked great so I said fine but I still wanted the work around the deck done.  The work crew was pretty defensive saying that they only do what their boss tells them.....okay, that's fine.  I called Micah and he came out later that night and finished the job.  Obviously he did not supervise his crew......and I didn't get back in time to oversee or this could all have been prevented.  Quality of the plantings was not the greatest.  Plants were unevenly spaced with several too close together and some of not very good quality.  Their estimate was by far the lowest of the three I received so I guess I got my money's worth but if you hire these people, just know that you are getting bargain work for a bargain price.
