"When I was advised by my landscaper company that I had loose shingles on my roof, through a referral from a friend, I called Clancy Malone from Atlas Roof & Exteriors. Clancy reviewed my roof and advised me that I have some severe hail and wind damage. Upon notification to my Insurance Company, I was advised that my claim is justified. From that point Clancy advised me that his team could install a Lifetime Dimensional Shingles, that has the longest warranty in its class. The work was completed within 3 days and I cannot be happier with the courtesy and professionalism that Clancy and his crew afforded me. "The quality of work was awesome, have not found a nail yet in our flower beds or lawn. The job was done in a day with 4 different levels of roof. "I hired Matt with Elflein Property Solutions to inspect my roof for damage after a recent summer windstorm. Initially, my insurance company wanted to repair the roof but Matt provided the knowledge and expertise needed to get the entire roof replaced under our homeownerâ s policy. The process was seamless and Matt worked to make sure my roof was replaced and correctly and up to code. "While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."
