I have reached out to them several times and have not received a response. They came out as scheduled but it had been raining and they brought out a oversized machine to dig the trench and left my yard a horrible mess. Being new to the neighborhood and not receiving any help from A & J electric I did my best to repair the damage myself and requested compensation to recoup some of the money it cost me and I have been ignored and left hanging with a huge mess. I would not recommend this company unless you can afford to clean up after them."

"I needed to replace my dishwasher that failed with a new one. Existing dishwasher was hardwired and installation services will not connect the new dishwasher if it is hardwired. I needed a quick turnaround for installation of new power outlet. I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service.
