Quarry Granite was professional and very easy to work with. From our initial contact to final installation, everyone we worked with was professional and did a greatly job. This was the easiest home improvement project we have ever done. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Quarry Granite.

Horrible. Countertop cut to wrong dimension, damaged my cabinets and installers were a joke. Would not answer me for a month the. After I called BBB called me back with a ridiculous settlement offer. BEWARE

This was for a small section job, 18x27, they bought the stone, cut it incorrectly and the sink would not fit, now they are not delivering. 109 days and they have not finished the job and are no longer responding to phone calls.

The price is good but the quality is average at best. The first counter-island had three major blemishes that anyone who cared, could have seen. We didn't notice because a hazy film was applied to the surface when installed and we could not clean off for a few hours. It looked like the granite had been broken and repaired, not in a good way. We complained and waited for a serviceman to see if he could repair it. Two weeks later someone showed up and could not repair the problem. Quarry agreed to replace the island but it would be another month until the matching slab could be shipped from Cleveland to Columbus? Not sure why a 2-3 hr trip takes a month but I said OK.

Then I was concerned that it would not match so I HAD to drive to Columbus, 1.5 hours to make sure it did match. We were relieved to see that it did look the same. We tagged the slab and called Quarry to tell them it was OK. At that time, I asked for an additional 4 inches be added to the length of the Island. I spoke to Kim who said she would check with the owner and get back to me. After three days and no response, I called back and Kim said she talked to Mike(owner) who never gave a response but it should not be a problem.

I was concerned with that response so I emailed Brad our salesman throughout this whole process and he said that it would not be a problem to add the 4 inches to the island.  The island arrived and installed on November 6th and they did not add the 4 inches that they agreed to add. I was very nice and calm with the process and I feel my easy nature was taken advantage of. I had a verbal and email confirmation and it just did not get done. It makes me wonder how much time is spent on any QA process at Quarry Granite.

Quarry Granite could have been a huge hero by doing what they said they would have, have a little pride in the finished product, and care what the customer thinks. The overall job matches but I take credit in making sure the slab was the same, the install employees were nice to work with but not sure who cuts the granite really cares how it looks. Many little chips all along the edge, some were repaired, some too small but you can feel them.

Quarry was the cheapest and I wish I had spent a little more and got better quality, overall I give them a C.

We were unhappy with this service. There was a large chip they did a poor job trying to repair and very large seams in the granite. During the installation the counter top was uneven, you could see light by the sink, large gaps and a chip in a very obvious place.

In April, I scheduled for them to come out and install a granite counter. I placed the order in June of 2014 for the counter top. Kim, the office manager, scheduled me for 5/11/15. I didn't hear anything. Kim got an attitude when I confronted her about the missed appointment. She later called back to apologize because she found notes about our scheduled appointment. They came out Memorial Day to install the countertop. During installation, they broke the faucet on the sink and broke a piece of back splash. The tech said he'd come back because he had the piece at the shop. He never came back. I called and Kim couldn't offer any help. The owner called me and said he'd have someone come fixed it. He apologized and asked what else he could do. I told him all I want is the work done correctly. The next Tuesday, someone  comes out. The job wasn't done correctly and now the piece isn't attached correctly to the wall. I called again. I wanted the owner to come out and see it. Iwas told he couldn't come out because he' s out of town. I said i'd send pictures and I wanted to call Angie's List. Kim got upset and rude. I don't appreciate the poor customer service. I did send the pictures from my cell phone to the company. Also, I have recently noticed my counter top is chipped. I looked back at the picture dated from 6/3/15 and see the chip was there then.

We purchased the big deal but then decided on a more expensive product.  The product selection was more than adequate at the big deal price, I just fell in love with something else when I saw it.  The company was easy to work with from start to finish.  When the actual installation date came, everything went perfectly.  Three months later I can say that we love the counter tops and we love the way they were installed.  I would recommend this company to anyone!

The service from the company and the install process was excellent and I could not have been more impressed with both the person who came out to do the final template measuring as well as the installers themselves. Very high quality work and nice guys too...they did a great job and the countertops look fantastic. Such a great investment.
The installation for our kitchen took about three hours. You will need to hire a plumber to reconnect or install a new faucet. Quarry sells the sinks directly at a bit of a discount and the sinks are very good (ours still looks new months later) so it can be worth it to work with them instead of buying it separately.
Quarry gives you a list of granite providers...you will need to go shop at a location to see all the slabs (highly recommend you do this)...we used Mont Granite in Cincinnati and they were great. Lots of choices. As a matter of fact, we bought this deal through Angie's List and the counter we selected was actually cheaper than the price in the deal so we got a bit of a discount. If you do select a more expensive granite you will just need to pay the difference. Mont Granite was able to tag and hold our selected slab for our install (a great idea if you want a specific pattern or markings in a set slab).
The whole process from buying the deal to final install took about 3 months but we took our time...Quarry can certainly go faster if you need them to and we probably held up the process with our own delays more than is usual.
Quarry also removed the old countertops and sink and disposed of them for us, a nice plus. I would definitely recommend them again to anyone!
