"Brian and Adam were extremely professional, competent, and diligent in their work. The process took place across three days, and due to our tight schedule they fit us in in an extremely short time frame, even working on Saturday to finish the job. The floors look incredible, and there was absolutely zero dust from the sanding. They paid close attention to detail, fixing a few cracked boards and filling in some spaces where the wood had eroded. They took a floor that was in pretty rough shape, and transformed it. They also were friendly and personable, including helping to vacuum the first floor that had nothing to do with their project. Their price was spot on and I felt great paying it.

"Junk Force provided service beyond what was expected. House involved at least 1 year clean up. Henry and John removed the trash (2 truckloads) the first day. Second day Henry returned with his sister for clean house. Didn't expected the stove and refrigerater to be included in their fair price but it was. Unbelievable professional workmanship. Being older and on oxygen I have not been able to do thie type of work for some time.
Although some people may consider the pricing high, this was average if not below for the furniture, piano and accessories requiring removement

"With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation. This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room. Ultimately, we chose to use Teppo's for the entire remodeling job. Kevin made several visits to the house in the evening, bringing samples of cabinets, counters and flooring. He coordinated a showroom visit with his favored cabinet and counter supplier, then returned with the kitchen designer twice to check measurements and design ideas. He was knowledgable and easily addressed concerns about several small details in the remodeling process. In the process, Kevin did not over-promise or gloss over specifics. The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's family flooring wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. His cabinet and countertop vendor discounts were also substantial. We are excited to begin the project in the next few weeks. Kevin is very professional (as are his vendors), listens very well to the customer and incorporates these points into his planning."

"They did a good job with the windows and the dash and removed stains out of the upholstery that had been there since when we had purchased the car. While they did a good, I felt uncomfortable with them; they didn't seem to have the best social skills or make very good eye contact. Also, there were spots in the trunk that were not taken care of. The thing that I didn't like the most was that the floor mats were put back in sopping wet and it took several days for them to fully dry. I wasn't really happy and wouldn't have them do it again. The pricing also seemed a bit high. I expected excellence for the $99 price point."
