"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"Kenn and his son impressed me. Throughout my years of being a homeowner, I have used MANY Carpet Cleaning companies. I don't think I ever used any of the companies twice. Finally I found a company I will continue to use. They arrived when they said they would. I expected them to be "in and out" as the others were. I calculated maybe one hour.? Boy was I wrong.I think they spent a good 2 hrs. here. I was also interested in having my 6 dining room chairs cleaned. Kenn asked if I had ever had them cleaned before. I told him only once. I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. I chose not to have the chairs (off white and fully upholstered back and seats) cleaned at all. He gave me some tips which I used after he left. He was VERY honest with me and I appreciate that. My carpeting looks brand new. I have honestly never seen this very light colored carpeting look this good since the day it was installed. Kenn is a "keeper." The process took place across three days, and due to our tight schedule they fit us in in an extremely short time frame, even working on Saturday to finish the job. The floors look incredible, and there was absolutely zero dust from the sanding. They paid close attention to detail, fixing a few cracked boards and filling in some spaces where the wood had eroded. They took a floor that was in pretty rough shape, and transformed it. They also were friendly and personable, including helping to vacuum the first floor that had nothing to do with their project. Their price was spot on and I felt great paying it.
