Very tedious, friendly, and did good job

Very well had a few stains that the crew took care of.

They were polite and did a good job at a fair price. Tried to upsell a lot of add-ons but weren't pushy. I get that it's part of their job so I didn't let it bother me. Ended up adding on a flight of stairs but passed on all the products they suggested.

It went very well I was extremely satisfied

They were fantastic. I was very pleased with their service. They cleaned one hallway and three bedrooms.

They were professional. They got the job done. The price was reasonable.

They were able to get me an appointment and a price when I wanted it. They got here a little late but it was rush hour with bad weather
They cleaned my living room carpet, my stairs and my upstairs hallway. There was stain on the carpet in the hallway and it came back.
They also cleaned a beige microfiber  recliner and did a beautiful job on it. This was also stained and the stains did not come back.
   My appointment was later in the day. i would not recommend this unless you have access to really good lighting. i only have a lamp in my living room.
   I paid more than what I was quoted because they asked me if I wanted to add on which I did.  Scotch Guard and deodorizer

They arrived early.  Unfortunately they had to wait for me to return home, though I did have someone at the house until I got there.  Went well, they worked efficiently and neatly and were done withing a couple of hours.

Did not bring the portable the first time, had to reschedule for the next day.  This is why I gave a B in punctuality.  The workers were very hard working and professional.

I've used SS before and always found their service and work ethic to be good enough to warrent using them again ... but I was quite disappointed with their cleaning quality this time ... a couple of days later after they cleaned the carpet, I discovered that they didn't bother to clean behind all the doors upstairs leaving "darkened" strips behind each door ... the hign usage stairs were not cleaned deep enough since some dirt stains reappeared within a week or so ... some of the high usage area stains in the family room reappeared within a week also ... I may not be so quick to use SS again in the future ...

Used Angies list to find them... chose them largely for the well known name... received a estimate on the phone, but when they arrived they said the estimator did not include hallways and stairs so the bill increased.  Carpets were cleaned efficienctly, and the stains were gone by the time they left... unfortunately when the carpets dried some of the staining resurfaced.

The carpets look great and I will use them again.  I would just be careful of heavy furniture and make sure they lift them rather than drag them on the carpet.

Done a beautiful job, efficiently within a space of 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.  Did not time them.

I was incredibly disappointed.  I had the carpet shampooed in my mother’s apartment.  When they left, all of the furniture was still stacked up.  I don’t know how they expect an 85 year old woman to un-stack all of her furniture.  I explained when I called that she was an elderly person and that she would be out of their way.  I also asked them to check with her when they were done, and I’m not sure if they did or not.  She was very upset when she got home because the furniture was all stacked up and the carpet wasn’t cleaned sufficiently.

They work very hard, quickly and are timely.  My steps were very dirty and they were able to get them clean.  They always do a great job on my white carpets.  They will even move the furniture and gave us a bottle of cleaner.

I think they did a really hefty job especially on my stairway. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work.

They do what they say they're going to do. They do a good job, and they are in and out quickly. Their prices are reasonable compared to others.

I had a coupon so the price was reasonable.

The experience was great and I will use them again in the future.
