Everstone's direct, professional, and customer centric approach was a breathe of fresh air vs. competitors' sales focused model. There was great communication, both in proposal and installation phases. The focus on customer satisfaction was evidenced by the attention to detail and quality. Not to mention that the stone flooring should mitigate any future damage from water infiltration.

Rick came out and provided detailed description of how flooring is done, provided booklet and samples of stone. Rick was able to answer questions better than the "one day instillation" competitor's salesman. All decorative stone was priced the same. The "one day instillation" competitor has different price ranges for their decorative stone. Everstone owners did prep work to existing garage flooring . I was impressed by this because if the base is not done correctly then this effects the finish product. Edging perfect. Even my garage door installer said that this finished product looks better than the "one day installation" competitor.

If you are considering having this done, call Rick. Rick responded to our first call and was at our house a couple hours later for a quote. He provided a detailed description of the product, process and pricing and answered all of our questions. Everything went exactly as planned and the outcome is gorgeous. We could not be happier with our floor. He also did my Mom's house and not only does it look fantastic, he sloped the floor, lowering the amount of space between the stair and floor to make it safer for her. Make the call, you will not be disappointed!

Our experience with EverStone Floors was exceptional, beginning with the first contact. I sent an email via Angie's List to EverStone Floors about 2 weeks ago with pictures of my floor (included below). Within one hour, Rick responded and said he'd seen much worse and his product would work well. I called him back the next day and we worked out a time for him to come out for an estimate. Rick came out as requested the next day. He measured the area, showed me samples of the product, and we discussed the job. I already had an idea of the cost, so when Rick gave me the estimate, I wasn't surprised or concerned. We agreed on a date, which was only about 10 days out and he instructed me on what I'd need to do to prepare. On the first day of installation, Tony and Anthony arrived on schedule, explained the work and answered any questions. The guys spent some time grinding down the minor mountain range of cracks, to the point that the floor actually looked usable when they were done. I should have taken pictures because even at that point it didn't look like the same, ugly floor. The guys spent the remainder of the day laying down the EverStone product and were done mid-late afternoon. Tony explained that he'd be back the next morning to apply a topcoat of the epoxy to make it smooth. He arrived on schedule the next morning, despite some ugly weather and he was done in just over an hour. We chatted for a bit, he answered some more questions about wear and care, and left. The end result is amazing, really. For the last 20 years we've had carpet over the ugly floor that we knew would always be temporary. I've wanted a floor like this for a long time and was fairly sure an epoxy floor was the only economical way to have a "flat", attractive floor. The guys did explain that they couldn't completely level the floor due to the high variance, but I knew that already. Honestly, if I didn't know where the peaks and valleys of the concrete were, I wouldn't know. Tony did a great job doing what he could to level things out. The floor looks great and I feel like I've gained a huge piece of my living space back. While the area had to be off-limits for 3 days, the actual work was 95% done on the first day, with a short, 1-hour visit on day two. Day 3 is just to let the top coat dry. I'm not sure why this tool rotates the pictures, but they're included.. Before and after. Thanks guys!

This work was done 2 years ago and this review never saved correctly for some reason, but because the guys did good work and it still looks great, I figured I'd try to get this saved. I had half of my basement done with Everstone's composite product to cover some unsightly concrete that was also very uneven (a variance of up to 2" overall). The guys sanded down the ugly, gaping cracks I had and I remember being amazed at how well the concrete looked even at that point. The entire process took about 3 days, mostly to let things settle in between. The final day was just for a finishing coat and only took an hour or so. After 2 years, this floor still looks amazing and I've had no issues with the work or product. I haven't needed any more done since, but I'd certainly call Everstone back for another job. The guys were very upfront about the process, job, and answered every question I had. I knew the general cost before I even saw their estimate, and was happy it just about where I had guessed.

I called for an estimate and Rick came over in about an hour. The work was completed within about a week and a half. Tony did the prep work and laid the floor. My floor looks beautiful and feels wonderful. Tony and Rick were extremely professional and always responsive to my phone calls. Very pleased customer.

Rick and his crew (Tony & Anthony) were punctual and worked diligently until it was completed. The new stone flooring has improved the look and feel of the basement. Rick was great. Very informative about his product as well as his competition. He even came out to give me a quote on a holiday weekend. He gave me time to do my research, and make my decision. He answerwd all of my quesrions while he was there, and a few over the phone after he left. Rick also gave me advice on how to prep my basements walls to make my floor look better with his product.After choosing him he came on time, early most days, he put down plastic on my carpet they had to walk over to get to my basement so it wouldnt get ruined. He and his staff are very friendly. They did a great job and i would highly recomend them and hire him again.

Installation was done efficiently and floor is very nice with little extras here and there. Owner Rick was very nice to deal with, and he and his crew helped move things out of the garage and back into the garage. 10 year transferable warranty is reassuring.

flooring was installed 6 years ago, did a great job. After 6 years Rick came back to re-seal the flooring. It looks as good today as when it was first installed. Would highly recommend Rick and crew. Very professional, and nice.

Even though problem not caused by EverStone, Rick (1 of owners) came over & screwed in metal plates over all the cracks then covered plates with tape & an adhesive. Next day 2 men came over & installed brand new floor. Following day they put a gloss over new floor - all at no cost to me even though floor wasn't under warranty & developed cracks because of concrete shifting. He also took photos & documented his work & sent to Waterproofing & concrete company. EverStone is an A+ company dedicated to customer satisfaction & standing behind their product. Don't go anywhere else for a stone floor. They are the best!!!

They showed up ten minutes early, which is a plus, and they came in and got work done. They were in and out as fast as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Everstone. WAY cheaper than Naturestone and better quality. How does that happen? Do the math. They're busy working while Naturestone is busy marketing.

I had called EverStone to have someone come to recoat the two surfaces that they had installed some years ago. The person who took the call said the surfaces had to first be power washed (which I knew from previous experience with the company). After power washing was complete, I called EverStone again to let them know that process was finished and that the technician could come any time to apply the epoxy material. Rick Sutton arrived today around 11am to do the work. I was surprised that there was no preliminary call to alert us to his impending arrival, and that's the only "negative" I have for this event. It wasn't a deal-breaker, though; just unexpected. Rick went to the larger deck and blew the incidental debris away, then applied the epoxy that he explained was so high-end that the Navy is now using it. Then he went to the smaller porch and recoated that. Both surfaces really needed this treatment and now look just great! And, Rick said that this epoxy is so good that it might last more than a year, even in direct sun. I really appreciate EverStone (and Rick) for using high-quality materials. Rick or one of his assistants has always responded when we call for resurfacing; it might not be immediate, as this is not a very big job, but they come as soon as their work schedule permits. They are always pleasant and explain how their materials are performing over time.

"Thanks for the great review. I just wanted to let you know that the only reason I did not call for the resealing was because it was an exterior job and you live on the lake. With that being said it is almost impossible to commit to an exact date because we live in Ohio and the weather is 100% unpredictable. The top coat that we apply can't have rain on it 6 hours before or after application so we are always working with a small window of opportunity when applying reseals. We are very happy that you like the way it looks and the job has performed extremely well considering the elements it faces on the shores of Erie. Thanks again, Rick"
