As a Realtor, I needed a mold remediation expert. Where everyone else gave extreme options (tear the roof off the house or drop the entire ceiling), Drew and his crew made their way out for a free estimate. After looking over the job, he was the ONLY one who said he could get the job done. My clients were impressed with his work! The work was done correctly, had great communication with them and me, all at a great value. Drew was very informative and prompt with his appointment for an estimate. He explained everything including the reasons why our mold was there and did not sugar coat it. With this type of service I was expecting a price off the chart...which was the opposite!!! His quote was 1/3 of my highest estimate and 40% lower then my other estimate! He was able to schedule the process that week and his crew or Tristan and Tyler worked from about 9 am till 530 to get the attic squared away. Nothing was left a mess, the job was completed and the post job explanation Tristen gave me of what he saw and eliminated was superb. This company made a job I cringed at so painless and effortless that I wouldn’t hire anyone else. You can tell they are not in the business to shaft people either financially or with their quality of work! Thank you Drew, Tristan and Tyler! Stay safe and to everyone reading this review....be sure to let them give you a no hassle quote. Odds are you’ll be hiring these guys!

I was referred to Advanta Clean by Angie's list. Drew and his team were very professional and very knowledgeble about mold. My original request was to inspect an area in our bathroom behind the baseboard. Drew assured us it was not mold. He also checked an area in my basement and that was not mold. Drew was so honest. We did find some area in my basement laundry area, which has alot of moisture from showers and the dryer. Drew was concerned and his team cleaned the entire area. He went beyond the call of duty by cleaning up areas on my bathroon walls uostairs and storeroom area which was not part of the job. He even took the time to teach me about my dehumidifier. Not only that, during the job, a bird flew down from our roof into the exhaust area above our hot water tank. The team took the time to rescue him out into a plastic bag and took him outside to safely fly away. I would highly recommend them to anyone and call them again for other jobs. A shout out to Tristan who was very professional and kind. He even fixed my dryer vent to fit better. The entire team made me feel safe and I trusted them completely and was very impressed with their knowkedge. Drew and his team were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, showed up early, and completed a tremendous amount of work after our basement flooded. Drew is extremely friendly and knows a tremendous amount about best practices concerning the removal of water, carpeting, walls,....after a flood. When you have difficult work that needs to be completed Drew and his company are first class. I highly recommend them and will definitely call him again if the need arises.
