I had created a problem by being unaware of a switch that kept my parking lights turned on when the engine was turned off. Somehow, I had turned that switch on accidentally and discharged the battery several times, actions that prematurely reduced the expected life of the battery. Sirl's checked out the system promptly, discovered the problem, checked the battery and replaced and I was back in action again. Pretty stupid on my part? Yes! It is unlikely that I will do this again although I may use Sirl's because they were very good about the service.

They did an amazing job, found a few small details the insurance adjuster missed. I can't even tell there was a hole in the roof of my truck. I worked closely with Doug to make sure there wasn't anything I missed to tell him about what needed to be fixed. I even asked if he could look at my glovebox compartment to see why it wasn't shutting (this wasn't even a part of the work requested). When I got my truck back it was fixed. It was very nice of Sirl's to do that for me. They suggested rental car companies for me and how to get the best deal and they even helped me save a little bit of money from the original quote. I will definitely recommend Sirl's to friends and family and use them for future modifications to my truck or if anything happens again.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.  I truly appreciated his honesty in telling me that it was not the transmission, and that it was only a broken bearing.

We hit a raccoon that cracked the front bumper cover of our '03 Prius. Sirl's completed and submitted the estimate to our insurance company, ordered the parts, scheduled and performed the repair. The completed work was excellent - the paint job rivaled the factory paint. Doug is a friendly, honest, and professional provider of high quality work. If we ever hit another raccoon we will certainly take our work to Sirl's.

My husband has always been very happy with them.  They know what they’re doing and they seem to be straight forward with things.  You don’t feel like they’re trying to take advantage of you.  The work was done quickly and well.  Our insurance company wanted to do things kind of a little bit more cheaper like they didn’t think this was necessary and he’s like yeah, it really is necessary and he went ahead and just did it and I think he took a loss.  I don’t think he got paid the full amount for the service because the insurance company was trying to be a little cheap.

Provider very helpful.  Took my car in at a convenient time for me.  Test drove the car with me as driver so they could hear the noise and feel the vibration as I was driving. Called with an exact estimate on price.  Explained extent of problem and what needed to be done.  This information was provided by individual who would be performing work.  Provider called and said car was ready for pick up well within time stated.

They were very accommodating in keeping the car longer then they needed to. They held the car for me to help me out.

I go back because they do excellent work and they’re very prompt.  They’re a great company to do business with.  Scheduling is good and the technicians are very knowledgeable and they explain things in a way you can understand.

The body work was done very well and we were happy with the results.  Sirl's completed the work over four days which was understandable because of the amount of work needed to be done.  They used the time they needed and gave us quality work. We were notified promptly when our car was ready for us.   We paid Doug our deductible and  the rest was collected from our car insurance. Doug was courteous and professional. I would recommend them to our family and friends.

Took my elderly mother's car to Sirl's due to recommendation on Angie's List.  Their professionalism is beyond words.  Her older model car being damaged was a very traumatic experience for her.  Sirl's took excellent care of both her emotions and the car.  They gave her various options for the repairs and kept her informed during the repair process.  We couldn't be more pleased with the repairs.  Sirl's is highly recommended.

They are very trustworthy.  They kept me in the loop as to how things were going since my car had extensive damage.  When I got my car back, you couln't tell that it had been in an accident.  The colors to the front of the car and back matched perfectly.
