I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. Long story short Hubbs heating and air came with in 30 min after speaking with the service guy. With 15 min he knew what the issuewas and got it fixed at 10 pm at night overly satisfied with the service and price being it was Sunday and after hours very affordable considering no ac in 90 degree weather. 5 stars totally amazing service and very knowledgable.
