The appointment lasted for about a half-hour, maybe 45-minutes. Matt went through a number of different options to address my water problem, and even offered his own thoughts and opinions as well. Matt simply took the time to explain things to me, and answer all of my questions (and I had a lot), and he left some materials explaining the different options available for me to review; and also offered his card to call him directly with any additional questions.
