"First off I live in Queens not Long Island..I got Metro Home Improvements number from someone who used them.. I called Romeo to set up an appointment for an estimate. Not only did he return my call within 15 minutes...he was at my house in Queens within 2 hours...now anyone who would do that gets high a mark from me. Over the years dealing with contractors none had ever responded that quickly...I hired them and I did not regret it. Romeo may have regretted the quote he gave me. My deck isn't big but does have quite a few angles involved and two sets of stairs.. They ripped out the old deck I had for 23 years and reinforced the base structure and started installing the new composite decking on day one ...day two job was completed. They were prompt; curtious and above all neat. I would definitely recommend Romeo and Metro Home Improvement. You will not ne disappointed..Five Stars ...If I could give Ten stars I would..."

"I used these guys for a remodeling job which included bathroom renovation, some minor electrical work, knocking down and installing new dry wall and painting. Class acts! We all hear horror stories about contractors not calling you back or not showing up on time or showing up at all. Not these guys! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

   I HAD THREE OTHER CONTRACTORS COME AS WELL FOR A QUOTE . EACH  WAS FURNISHED WITH A FULL SET OF ARCHITECT DRAWINGS. THEY ALL  TOOK THREE TO FOUR WEEKS TO PROVIDE A QUOTE .
 ONE CONTRACTOR FROM THAT OTHER WEB SITE WASN'T EVEN CLOSE WITH HIS QUOTE AND DID NOT SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . THE REMAINING TWO WERE  NOT THAT CONVINCING THAT THEY WHERE EQUIPPED TO DO THE JOB AND WOULD MOST LIKELY BE SUBBING  PEICES OF THE JOB RESULTING IN ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE TRAMPLING IN AND OUT OF YOUR HOME,NOT TO MENTION ALL THE DELAYS,WAITING FOR THIS GUY AND THAT GUY ! AND WHAT ABOUT THE OUTCOME?
 
    I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT KENTSTRUCTION'S CREW. GARY ,ALEX, BILLY ,RONALD AND EDGAR . THEY ALL HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR KENTSTRUCTION FOR I BELIEVE 17 YEARS OR SO AND ARE VERY DEDICATED AND HAVE ALOT OF PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND THEY ARE ALL MASTER CARPENTERS. IT'S IMPORTANT TO THEM TO DO THE MOST PROFESSIONAL JOB AND LOVE TO SEE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY.
    UNFORTUNATELY YOU DO NOT SEE THIS MUCH ANYMORE AND THIS SHOULD BE COMMENDED WITH A KIND GESTER AND A TIP TO SHOW SOME APPRECIATION.
  THEY NEVER MISSED A DAY AND EVEN SHOWED UP ON A WICKED RAINY DAY TO COVER THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHERE SIDING WAS MISSNG JUST IN CASE THE RAIN BLEW THAT WAY !  
     GARY WAS EASY GOING AND WE WORKED WELL TOGETHER WITH ALL THE SMALL CHANGES YOU CAN'T AVOID ALONG THE WAY.
  IN THE END MY FAMILY FRIENDS,NEIGHBORS AND I ARE AMAZED WITH HOW GORGEOUS IT ALL TURNED OUT AND AS A BONUS IT WAS A STRESS FREE PROCESS . THAT IS PRICELESS !!

"We had hired Waheed back in 2008 to replace our kitchen Formica countertop with a granite countertop.  He was very professional and courteous.  He supervised the job from beginning to end.  The new countertop exceeded our expectations.  He gave us a beautiful radius on the island corners which we did not expect.   We needed 2 slabs to accommodate 40 linear feet of countertops plus a 5 1/2 foot long by 40" wide island.   We receive a lot of compliments from our family and friends.
This January, we needed to replace our accessory apartment kitchen Formica countertop.  We didn't hesitate to call Waheed again.  He came and gave us an estimate.  He sent us to pick the slab from his warehouse.  We wanted a white Carrera quartz countertop and we had so many to choose from.   The new countertop was installed 1 week after the template was taken.  We would recommend Waheed to anyone needing a new countertop.  He is very pleasant to work with."
