John (the contractor) handled our entire project from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He added a full second floor to our Cape-style home, including three bedrooms, a laundry room, and a bathroom. Throughout the entire process, John was professional, easygoing, and incredibly responsive. His great attitude and clear communication made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. He met all of our expectations and was always willing to make adjustments to the plans when needed—never hesitating to work with us to ensure the final product was exactly what we wanted. It went well, a full gut rehab of a Brooklyn two story wood frame attached on one side, lowered basement a bit, installed new radiant heated slab in basement, added new stair to roof and a new bulkhead room on roof.
