"First off I live in Queens not Long Island..I got Metro Home Improvements number from someone who used them.. I called Romeo to set up an appointment for an estimate. Not only did he return my call within 15 minutes...he was at my house in Queens within 2 hours...now anyone who would do that gets high a mark from me. Over the years dealing with contractors none had ever responded that quickly...I hired them and I did not regret it. Romeo may have regretted the quote he gave me. My deck isn't big but does have quite a few angles involved and two sets of stairs.. They ripped out the old deck I had for 23 years and reinforced the base structure and started installing the new composite decking on day one ...day two job was completed. They were prompt; curtious and above all neat. I would definitely recommend Romeo and Metro Home Improvement. You will not ne disappointed..Five Stars ...If I could give Ten stars I would..."

"Our entire job was extensive, replacing all windows (new construction not inserts), remove/install siding, replace all outdoor trim changing it from wood to Azek, new indoor trim around new windows, new soffits, new gutters, new front door and surround, new garage doors, new outdoor lighting and new front porch.  The first contractor not only walked off the job but his work had to be removed and redone due to poor workmanship by the first contractor.  Cary came to the rescue, because we continued to uncover more work that had to be redone we paid Cary and his helper by the hour.  His work ethic was unquestionable.  He showed up on time and worked the promised 8 hours.  Cary did all the siding, soffit installation and basic outside trim which included a 1 x 8 freeze board a 1x4 board, dentil molding then cove molding along the roof line. He also cut the arches from the Azek.  Because my design for the front door surround was rather intricate Cary brought in two carpenters who were unbelievably talented.  He had them cut the remaining dentil that was needed on site.  He also brought in someone who installed the gutters and downspouts. Cary also installed our french doors with a retractable screen and as the Anderson construction rep said, " this is the best installation I have ever seen".  The overall project went smoothly once Cary took over the job.  He is respectful and listens to what you want and most importantly was there when I needed him."

"We had hired Waheed back in 2008 to replace our kitchen Formica countertop with a granite countertop.  He was very professional and courteous.  He supervised the job from beginning to end.  The new countertop exceeded our expectations.  He gave us a beautiful radius on the island corners which we did not expect.   We needed 2 slabs to accommodate 40 linear feet of countertops plus a 5 1/2 foot long by 40" wide island.   We receive a lot of compliments from our family and friends.
This January, we needed to replace our accessory apartment kitchen Formica countertop.  We didn't hesitate to call Waheed again.  He came and gave us an estimate.  He sent us to pick the slab from his warehouse.  We wanted a white Carrera quartz countertop and we had so many to choose from.   The new countertop was installed 1 week after the template was taken.  We would recommend Waheed to anyone needing a new countertop.  He is very pleasant to work with."

"Malik runs a very professional operation. From the time of initial phone contact with Malik (yes, he does answer his own phone) to the final post-job cleanup, this was a hassle-free project for me. Malik's crew showed up promptly each morning, and under the supervision of Malik or his equally capable foreman ("Mr. Z"), every detail of this work was performed in a skilled, highly competent and precise manner. Once begun (except for rain days), the job was continued through completion. Worth noting also is the fact that, although he was aware of my budget limitations, Malik was able to deliver a first-class job which the quality of the finished product reflects. "112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"
