"I had them come out and review an issue and they gave me an estimate. They were very good and very nice. The issue that was happening in the house really didn't pertain to the estimate that I got. they came in and reviews what was going on in the house. They gave me an estimate on installing a filter, which we do need and air softener and replacing the toilet. There are things in the house that need to be done but it didn't pertain to issue I was having. The stuff that they recommended was probably helping the issue I was having but not necessarily get rid of the issue I was having. We had a hammering gone wrong everytime you flush the toilet. So I called them for that cause everytime I turn on the washer or flush the toilet, there was a hammering sound so they came in and investigated, number one we have an old toilet and it's downstairs and they saw we had an issue with the filter which is a big issue. We don't have a filter. So they recommended replacing those things. it turns out that the hammering that was happening actually had to do with an open faucet outside. So once we closed that up, that went away. The other issues are real and need to be taken care of. So they did bring up good, important facts. They were very professional. They were very nice. The issue that I had wasn't figured out by them. We actually figured it out on our own."

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures.
