These guys were incredible. We didn't kill our softener! They took the time to explain our system to us, as we had bought the house with it and never really understood how all of the settings worked. Now we know for next year, that we can bypass the softener to fill the pool - yay! The system is about 20 years old, but they said it is in great shape. We opted to change the resin and have them reset everything for us like new and now we have soft water again and absolutely no issues at all. A month later and things are still great! They were friendly, approachable, kind, professional, and just all around an absolute pleasure to work with. We will recommend them to everyone we know!!

I first called Bliss to check and fix (if necessary) my 30 year old water softener.  They did not try to talk me into a new water softener.  They fixed the old one and explained what they did and how to keep the unit working for as long as possible, they did explain  how in the last 30 years systems have changed and improved.  It was only after I asked them for details on a new system did they go into detail.     When we decided to update, we made an appointment, they were prompt, they were clean, they were courteous and they went over every aspect of the installation including where all the levers were and what they did, they went over the guarantee and any questions we had .  All in all this company did a A1 job, and I would not hesitate to refer friends or family to them.

Ordered softner and the next week it was installed. It was smooth sailing from the time of the order to the completion of the installation. Installer polite and explained the particulars of the unit. I am now enjoying soft water.

A snowstorm caused the start of work to be delayed. The PureBliss crew was professional from the start. They layed tarps down through the house to keep the snow and ice off the floors. The job was completed in a timely manner and use of the system was explained in detail. The system PureBliss installed has met all expectations and we are very happy with it.

Consultation was professional, thorough, and educational.  The written estimate was detailed, as was the brochure information that was left for us to review.  Once we called to schedule installation, Greg Bliss (George’s son), gave us the next available time slot and he arrived with everything ready to go.  Greg is very personable, friendly, experienced, and again always ready to answer any questions.  Installation was smooth; the equipment is sleek, quiet, and streamlined.  As the installation was in our basement, Greg had no problem working with/around our current setup(s).    Greg performed all the setup, draining, plumbing, testing, etc. that was needed and in about 3 hours or so, he was giving us a run through of what to expect, how the system would be working, and if any problems, their phone number is right on the unit.  Likewise, he left us with manuals for the whole set up.  It was a pleasure!    As a follow-up note:  within a week of installation, we also received a ‘thank you’ note from Greg and a letter from the Owner, George, making sure if there is was anything else, to ‘call’… a personal touch that makes all the difference!   It has only been about a week but everything is going GREAT!  The whites are now ‘bright and white’ and the pH has gone from a 6.2 to a 7.25….woo hoo… Alkaline!!!  Clear, naturally soft, pH balanced, pure water…… YES!    Upkeep:  The Bliss’ company has advised that the system will require maintenance (cleaning/re-packing of the media bed) every 2-3 years, depending of course on usage.  Week one and so far, so good…… give them a call!  Our Rating:  A+
