It is a big job and the previous water heater and filter installation had not thoughtfully considered the placement of the hardware but Mike was excellent in this manner. All the plumbing looked great and tie-in to the old work was excellent. Mike was very considerate of our water needs and expedited the cold water supply back to the house, so we had access to water. I was beyond satisfied with the entire experience and will definitely be using Polar again for my heating, plumbing, and air conditions needs."
