Didn't try to sell us a monthly service as others had etc. James came out and installed the system - He was neat, efficient, went over our questions before he left. His employees installed a new water softener for us, and did not charge extra for the additional labor it took to get things up to code. I feel confident we got a quality product at a good price. He also pointed out extra filtration systems we could add if the softener didn’t give us the result we wanted, but said we should install one thing at a time so we didn’t have to pay for anything we didn’t need.
