His employees installed a new water softener for us, and did not charge extra for the additional labor it took to get things up to code. I feel confident we got a quality product at a good price. He also pointed out extra filtration systems we could add if the softener didn’t give us the result we wanted, but said we should install one thing at a time so we didn’t have to pay for anything we didn’t need. Joe called very quickly after I left a message (on a Sunday!) and went through a lot of possible things to check in order to try to save my paying for a service call (much appreciated). "Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."
