Flexible Plumbing

It is rare when you find somebody so honest. I was incapacitated and could not access my basement. I believe that I had a bad pressure tank. Flexible Plumbing came to my house, told them what I thought I needed...they came back in two minutes, ask me to check the water and it worked. He informed there was an obstruction to contacts on the pump. He was in a position to charge me a lot of money, could of very easily charged me up to $1000 for a new pressure tank. Then he was nice to inform me there was no charge,

Good and courteous experience!

Like some other homeowners I was using CHOICE company as a means of protection against all kinds of unexpected and emergency situations when this or that item of my home major equipment might fail. Can't say that I was and I am happy with this arrangement... And the latest situation when my oil burner failed and I ended up with no hot water and a disabled home heating system in the middle of the night, now cold night, and then for a couple of other days and nights while CHOICE was doing nothing practical to help me but sending encouraging notices, - really showed who is who. It was FLEXIBLE PLUMBING, It was Mike Cooper and his stuff who came to my rescue, changed their own schedules to make helping me their top priority, and brought my household BACK TO LIFE! I am very grateful to this company and people and will certainly recommend to use their services to whoever finds himself in dire straits in he middle of the night in particular!!! Thank you, Mike!

We needed a quick repair to a minor emergency. I was in touch with their office in the morning and within a few hours, their technician Steve was at our house. He correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem, at a reasonable price. I would recommend highly.

Mike from Flexible Plumbing was great. I requested a quote late at night and he replied quickly and set up a time for the next morning. He fixed my leak fast, and was extremely personable and knowledgeable about other things I want done around the house. I’m a new home owner, so I need as much guidance as possible. Mike was very professional. He made contact with me and kept me posted about the time he could get to me. He assessed the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. I woke up to a disaster. There was water everywhere so I called Flexible Plumbing. They explained what i had to do to stop the water over the phone and they came right out to my house. they had the problem fixed in a few hrs and installed a brand new water heater. The guys explained how it worked and how to operate it. Im glad they came out right away and fixed the problem. They saved the day thatâ s for sure.

My water just stopped working used it in the morning and when i got home from work nothing ! I had no idea what to do so i remembered getting a card for Flexible Plumbing so i gave them a call the guys that came out made me feel so much better ,their explanation of the problem and they went right to work and even though it was the end of they day they stayed and did everything they could and i didnt believe it but when they left i had water. turned out my well pump went bad they were the nicest guys i ever had work at my home i would recommend them to anyone i know!
