We knew we were in trouble almost immediately because he was not very neat and had no professional ways at all. He was brought in by the general contractor so we have warned him and also have turned him in to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

It went very well. We spoke to about six other people and he gave us a reasonable price and performed exactly as he promised. He came back immediately when there was a little bit of a problem.
