Frank Bergin and his team of experts installed a paver patio retainer wall, and two sets of steps. The color scheme he suggested was a perfect match for my existing deck and color of my house. The project was estimated to take one week his team finished a one day ahead of schedule. I am more than happy with the finished product.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new fence and custom-built gates courtesy of Bergin Property Management. From our initial meeting through the end of the project, Frank and the entire team were professional and courteous. The onsite crew was terrific - on time and respectful of our property. They cleaned up the back yard and made sure we were happy with the end result. Frank called the next day to "thank us for our business!" When was the last time someone did that? I would highly recommend Bergin Property Management, and we plan on using them again.

I was looking for a competent landscaper to remove, repair, and rebuild an existing patio which was falling apart around the edges and had weeds coming up through the pavers. I contacted Frank Bergin whose team of workers (Angel, Junior, Orlando, Ruben, and Rorlando) I had observed installing a neighbor’s patio.. I decided to hire them to restore my patio and I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and end result, They worked non-stop (except for lunch) on one of the hottest days all summer! I highly recommend them!

We hired Frank & his team to remove an old stockade fence and install a new fence. Despite some bad weather, they managed to complete the project on time and the final result exceeded our expectations. The team offered innovative ideas to install a few gates that were not standard and customized dividing fence lines based on sloping terrain. We are very pleased with the overall installation and will definitely partner with this company for future projects.

We came to Frank and his team with a vision that was about 90% figured out. Not only did they help us finalize our approach...but they then delivered on that vision by creating a truly evolved state of our backyard. Working with Frank on the macro and micro level was great. He was responsive, communicated well, and never once made me feel like I was being nickel and dimed. Also (I think this is what some people may be looking for), the price of the project was completely fair. The team that worked on the project were top notch. They arrived on time, were respectful, and took pride in their work. I never had to worry about garbage being left around to blow all over. I have no complaints at all about their performance. Frank Bergin and his team were an absolute delight to work with, from the beginning until the end. Very clear and transparent contract and communication, fast scheduling, work finished on time, Expert paving work, which was not easy, with a phenomenal team, including Angel and Junior. Every step along the way, they communicated progress and asked for my opinion if there were further choices to be made. They installed a beautiful 850 sf feet backyard patio, landing and path to the front door, new French drain, flower bed with Belgian blocks, built-in BBQ area, and repaired walls of a greenhouse. Everything was done perfectly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a skilled, honest, and hardworking contractor, look no further than Bergin Property Management.

Didnâ t plan on an all out replacement of my front stairs but after a meeting with Frank, the Project manager, at my property and having pointed out the flaws of the existing stairs leading to the house which had become a hazard, his wisdom and insight pertinent to this trade/profession, shone through and I was convinced that a complete replacement was the way to go! Frank was very thorough and transparent during the project planning phase. His professional input was well placed but still allowed for customer review, critique and â final sayâ which shows/proves that customer satisfaction is highly valued at this company. The project itself went along seamlessly in short order. The color scheme that was chosen for the pavers looked even better installed. Not surprisingly, the end product/project more than measured up to the claim that Frank had so boldly made during our very first meeting when he had said â his Crew will knock this project right out the parkâ and there will be zero regrets on my part for having made the decision to go with his company for the job. All this to say, after this great experience with Bergin Property Management and based on the quality of work and obvious depth of experience among Crew members, I highly recommend their services. Frank and his crew renovated the garden bed next to my front stoop. They removed dead and overgrown plants, and installed new plants with topsoil and weed mat, a Belgian Block border and decorative stone around the plants. Frank is conscientious and a good communicator. I already have other projects planned for Bergin Property Management!
